Tandem Tables
 Many of the ITI-ExactTM Non-Lifting Indexing Tables and NC Rotary Tables have, over the years, been adapted into a tandem housing configuration for a wide variety of multi-spindle and multi-station machine applications.
The drive train and multiple tables are connected for simultaneous operation. The rotation is, typically, via a hydraulic rack and pinion for fixed indexing applications or a servomotor for multiple indexing positions and for NC Rotary Table versions. Some Examples of Tandem Tables.. NCT-125R-T.. 
This family of Double, Triple and Quadruple Tandem NC Rotary Tables are shown with 125 mm (4.9”) diameter faceplates. These Tables are driven simultaneously via a single AC servomotor and a unique dual-lead worm gear system for high-speed, backlash-free operation. They are designed for both multi-position indexing and contouring applications. When in position, the Tables are individually locked in place via a distortion-free hydraulic clamp system for maximum rigidity and load bearing. CT-200V-T2 
Double Tandem Table with non-lifting 200 mm (7.8”) diameter faceplates. Driven via a hydraulic rack and pinion for fixed indexing applications on a dial-type transfer machine. This table is designed for horizontal or vertical axis of rotation.
HC-320-T3
Here, a 320 mm (12.6) Triple-Tandem Non-Lifting Indexing Table is shown. This unit has an AC servomotor drive and is used in applications requiring multiple index positions. The large center holes accommodate the media supply for the work holding devices.
