HC-R Series Non Lifting Indexing Table

HC Series

ITI-Exact^TMHC Series Non-Lifting Indexing Tables are available in four frame sizes, each with tabletop diameters to accommodate a wide variety of applications in either horizontal or vertical orientations.

The tables are rotated via a high-speed dual-lead worm gear and wheel driven via a servomotor (*). The positioning of the tabletop is via a rugged three-piece Hirth coupling, having 72 teeth as standard with an option of 360 teeth, both with a standard accuracy of +/- 3 seconds of arc.

Once in position, the table is hydraulically locked in place. The indexing cycle is activated by the machine control and all functions are monitored via easy access feedback switches.
