NCT-T Series

            ITI-Exact^TM NCT-T Series combination Manual Tilt / CNC Rotary Tables are mounted onto a manually adjustable tilt base in three frame sizes, each with a standard-size tabletop fitted with T slots and a precision center pilot hole for alignment and clamping of the fixture or piece parts.

The tables are rotated via a rugged, high-speed dual-lead worm gear and wheel and are driven via a Servo motor. The positioning and accuracy of the tabletop and are controlled by an encoder. The tilt angle base is manually positioned and rigidly locked into place.

Once in position for static machining, the tabletop can be rigidly clamped in place via the integral distortion-free hydraulic brake unit
