TRT Series

ITI-Exact^TM TRT Series Two-Axis CNC Rotary Tilting Tables are available in four frame sizes, each with a standard-size tabletop fitted with T slots and a precision center pilot hole for alignment and clamping of the fixture or piece parts.

Both the tilt and rotary axes are rotated via a rugged, high-speed dual-lead worm gear and wheels and are driven via Servo motors. The positioning and accuracy of the tabletop and tilt position are controlled by encoders.

Once in position for static machining, the tabletop and the tilting unit can be rigidly clamped in place via the integral distortion-free hydraulic brake unit.

(*) Available with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Heidenhain or Indramat servomotors.
